Resumen
En los últimos años se han efectuado diversos estudios e interpretaciones relacionados con la intermediación laboral y la tercerización de bienes y servicios en Colombia, estas figuras ha tenido grandes connotaciones, pero aún existen una serie de vacíos estructurales en donde cada vez realmente los que podrían ser afectados son los empleados que caen en este tipo de contratación; Sin embargo no se debe dejar atrás lo relevante que ha tenido este fenómeno actualmente, debido a que de alguna manera los avances y cambios legislativos, que se han consolidado han logrado una regulación efectiva en la mayoría de los casos, que pueden adecuarse a las necesidades subyacentes en este tipo de labor y por su puesto entrar en una serie de delimitaciones y requisitos que se deben considerar para su empleo y ejecución equilibrada.
