Resumen
La universidad Simón Bolívar, como elemento esencial de la sociedad no es ajena al fenómeno de globalización; su proceso de internacionalización, en especial en el programa de Comercio y Negocios Internacionales, se forja como una fase en donde toda la población estudiantil del mismo adquiere una formación llena de técnicas, destrezas y cualidades que le permiten pensar y actuar globalmente, y que además de esto, le abre paso a interactuar con distintas culturas por medio de las diferentes opciones que tienen disponible para la comunidad de estudiantes, tales como: la movilidad académica, el abanico de convenios interinstitucionales y otras acciones que fortalecen su política institucional.
Una vez mencionado lo anterior, se lleva a cabo un análisis sobre la incidencia que tiene la internacionalización en el desempeño laboral del egresado del programa de Comercio y Negocios Internacionales; cuya finalidad es la de resaltar la envergadura que tiene dicho proceso, en el perfeccionamiento y el refuerzo de las competencias en el ámbito organizacional del egresado, el cual abarca un cúmulo de objetivos, habilidades y metas. Asimismo, este análisis busca reflejar y resaltar los beneficios que trae consigo la internacionalización durante la formación académica del egresado, incidiendo en este, con el fin de motivarlos a realizar el proceso de movilidad académica durante su formación influyendo así en su posterior vida laboral. Por otro lado, si se quiere comprender el concepto de pertinencia social primero se debe conocer la trascendencia que abarca el programa a partir de sus actividades pedagógicas y los resultados que quiere obtener la institución con los egresados, formados a partir de competencias y habilidades importantes para enfrentar el ámbito profesional y social. Es así que se sabe si el proceso dio lo resultados esperados cuando se alcanza el propósito que se fija el programa en la formación académica de los estudiantes.

Likewise, this analysis seeks to reflect and highlight the benefits that internationalization brings during the graduate's academic training, influencing it, in order to motivate them to carry out the academic mobility process during their training, thus influencing their later working life. On the other hand, if you want to understand the concept of social relevance, you must first know the significance that the program encompasses from its pedagogical activities and the results that the institution wants to obtain with graduates, formed from competencies and skills important to face the professional and social sphere. Thus, it is known if the process gave the expected results when the purpose set by the program in the academic training of the students is achieved.
