Resumen
Este trabajo busca analizar las particularidades de competitividad del sector arrocero y su incidencia en
Colombia. Simultáneamente realizaremos un estudio de esta investigación para analizar el proceso de la
cadena comercializadora.
A lo largo de los años el arroz ha sido un producto de la canasta familiar que no puede faltar en los hogares
colombianos, para analizar todos los procesos de la cadena comercializadora examinamos los eslabones
pertenecientes a ella donde encontramos que las grandes industrias afectan la sostenibilidad para los
consumidores finales.
En este trabajo también debemos resaltar que el arroz es mayor consumido por la gente pobre que las
personas de zonas urbanas ya que no tienen los mismos recursos que las personas de las zonas urbanas
para tener otro tipo de alimento, es decir que para las personas de las zonas rurales el arroz es un alimento
que no puede faltar en el almuerzo o la comida mientras que para las personas que se encuentran habitadas
en las zonas urbanas tienen más posibilidades de obtener cualquier tipo de alimentos que no sea el arroz.
This work seeks to analyze the particularities of competitiveness of the rice sector and its incidence in Colombia. Simultaneously we will carry out a study of this research to analyze the process of the marketing chain. Throughout the years rice has been a product of the family basket that cannot be missing in Colombian homes, to analyze all the processes of the marketing chain we examine the links belonging to it where we find that large industries affect sustainability for the final consumers. In this work we must also highlight that rice is consumed more by poor people than people in urban areas, since they do not have the same resources as people in urban areas to have another type of food, that is, for people from In rural areas, rice is a food that cannot be missing at lunch or dinner, while people living in urban areas have more possibilities of obtaining any type of food other than rice.
