The aim of this article is to design a speech-to-text coding system for people with secondary sensorineural hearing loss, which is an acquired disease characterised by a gradual decrease in the human being's hearing capacity and its repercussions are not only at a health level, but also include social deficits in terms of communication and relations with the environment, generating in most cases, exclusion in areas of daily life such as attending a medical centre. In addition, there is a great deal of misinformation and training about hearing impairments and sign language that establishes the possibility to engage in conversations with hearing impaired people. In this sense, the need arises to make inclusive facilities with hearing impaired people, initially in its first version the creation of an information booth capable of containing the system that detects voice signals and encode them in the form of text for the assistance and the correct provision of health service to people with secondary sensorineural hearing loss, currently with the new version focused on the creation of a portable prototyping capable of providing an autonomous system that operates independently of a laptop computer.
