dc.description.abstractLa capacidad dinámica es la habilidad que posee la organización de transformar sus recursos y a través de las capacidades operativas, rutinas o procesos, dar respuesta a los cambios del entorno. Esto permite tener una ventaja competitiva y mejorar el rendimiento. La formación de las capacidades dinámicas en algunos casos se da a partir de la interacción humana, siendo esta la relación entre los miembros de la organización y estos con su equipo, otra forma es a partir de la interacción de esta con el entorno, así como también la incidencia que ejerce los factores organizacionales en la formación de la capacidad dinámica. Para comprender como se forma, se requiere de un estudio a profundidad, con el fin de orientarlas en el desarrollo y aplicación de esta. Teniendo en cuenta lo anterior, el propósito de la presente tesis doctoral tiene como finalidad comprender la manera en que se forma la capacidad dinámica de investigación en las Instituciones de Educación Superior.spa
dc.description.abstractDynamic capability is the skill of the organization to transform its resources and through operational capabilities, routines or processes, respond to changes in the environment. This allows having a competitive advantage and improving performance. The formation of dynamic capabilities in some cases is from human interaction, this being the relationship between members of the organization and these with your team, another way is from the interaction of this with the environment, as well as the impact that exerts organizational factors in the formation of dynamic capability. To understand how it is formed, a study is required, to guide them in the development and application of this. Considering the above, the purpose of this doctoral thesis is to understand the way in which dynamic research capacity is formed in Higher Education Institutions.eng
