Desarrollo de estrategias metodológicas y convivenciales para el mejoramiento de las relaciones interpersonales en los estudiantes de sexto grado de la Institución Educativa Distrital Tecnica Jesús de Nazareth de Barranquilla

Resumen
La presente investigación es tipo cualitativo y etnográfico en
la medida que aborda el proceso de desarrollo humano en una investigación
educativa es decir, atiende un fenómeno de tipo social que es el de las
relaciones interpersonales.
Por otra parte la investigación culmina con una propuesta operativa que son
estrategias que deben ejecutar todas las personas involucradas en la formación
de los estudiantes de sexto grado, desde la aplicación práctica apropiándose
de diferentes teorías para dar solución y optimizar las relaciones
interpersonales y que esto se refleje en el rendimiento académico de los
estudiantes.
Para hacer la propuesta se hizo necesario realizaran recorrido basados en
observación directa e indirecta, dialogo, así como la adquisición de algunos
documentos pertenecientes a la institución casos específicos que realiza el
departamento de orientación , manual de convivencia de la institución,
encuestas entre otras. La propuesta fue aplicada a los estudiantes de sexto
grado A-8-C.
