Aplicación de la política de gestión de recursos hídricos en consonancia con el cambio climático en el municipio de Luruaco departamento del Atlántico

Resumen
El cambio climático es un problema a nivel mundial que necesita un plan en conjunto de todas las naciones puesto que solo con un criterio único y un plan unificado se puede combatir esta problemática, en este trabajo se plantea el cómo se hace la aplicación de la gestión de los recursos hídricos en Luruaco Atlántico, por lo tanto, se hace una descripción y análisis del panorama actual del territorio y las normativas que conciernen en el tema tanto a nivel global como en territorio nacional y por tanto las que repercuten al territorio que se toma como objeto de estudio. Esta investigación se hizo de tipo documental y con un enfoque cualitativo el cual ayuda en la interpretación de las diferentes temáticas, la recolección de datos se hace en el ámbito documental, con los cuales se llegará a una eventual conclusión. Los resultados de esta investigación presentaron varias denuncias de la comunidad en las cuales se ofrecen quejas a los entes autorizados para conocer las denuncias y hacerse cargo de las problemáticas naturales que ocurren en la zona, entre aquellas denuncias se encuentran la contaminación de embalses que son fuentes hídricas principales con las cuales la comunidad se sirve de esta. Como también varios estudios dan como muestra la ciénega de Luruaco que es una importante fuente hídrica para todo el departamento del Atlántico y por lo cual merece un seguimiento especial, en el muestreo se evidencia la afectación en no solo solo la ciénega de Luruaco sino en varias otras cuencas hídricas importantes, existe un Plan
del Agua en Colombia en el cual se incluyen todas las cuentas hídricas del Departamento del Atlántico, y por ende los diferentes cuerpos de agua aledaños al municipio de Luruaco, en este llamado Plan de Agua se establecen misiones a corto, mediano y largo plazo. En el municipio de Luruaco y en el territorio nacional los cuerpos de agua están cobijados fuertemente por una normativa encaminada a la protección y vigilancia de estas mismas, el cambio climático es un problema que debe tratarse y configurarse de mejor manera puesto que es una problemática relativamente nueva, pese a ello la comunidad está constantemente denunciando los diferentes atropellos de las diferentes empresas encargadas de hacer la administración y gestión de estos recursos hídricos, el cambio climático es una problemática que debe seguir conteniéndose para que la comunidad pueda tener una adaptación a nuevos eventos climáticos que puedan presentarse.
