Resumen
Este artículo científico expone la desigualdad de género que se manifiesta en las oportunidades de emprendimiento para desarrollar una empresa o negocio, y en las ofertas laborales de empresas o industrias ya establecidas. Con ayuda de una investigación exhaustiva se demuestran las brechas salariales del hombre y la mujer, así como también las diferencias que existen en los cargos trabajo. A partir de esta problemática, el presente documento también detalla y analiza estadísticos e información clave extraída del banco mundial de la mujer como herramienta para exponer los comportamientos en el tiempo, además expone como la inteligencia artificial, el marketing digital, y las páginas web pueden ser una solución a la presente problemática.
This scientific article exposes the gender inequality that is manifested in the entrepreneurial opportunities to develop a company or business, and in the job offers of already established companies or industries. With the help of an exhaustive investigation, the salary gaps for men and women, as well as the differences that exist in job positions, are demonstrated. Based on this problem, this document also details and analyzes key statistics and information extracted from the World Bank of Women as a tool to expose behaviors over time, it also exposes how artificial intelligence, digital marketing, and web pages can be a solution to the present problem.
