Resumen
La Investigación “Análisis de las prácticas pedagógicas evaluativas en lenguaje en el grado 11, de La Institución Educativa Colegio Antonio Nariño en el municipio de Cúcuta”, tiene como objetivo el análisis de la trascendencia que tienen las prácticas evaluativas del docente en el área de Lengua Castellana del grado once, frente a los procesos de calidad educativa que orienta la Institución focalizada, apoyándose en autores como Tobón y las orientaciones establecidas a nivel nacional tanto por el MEN como por el ICFES, en su fundamento teórico. Se recurrió, entonces, a una metodología de investigación cualitativa que permitió abordar el proceso evaluativo desde su naturaleza en tres situaciones. En primer lugar, el reconocimiento de los lineamientos que orientan la evaluación en la institución educativa, permitió el acercamiento inicial al fenómeno, estableciendo sus características, principios y actores; en segundo lugar, el análisis de la concepción y la experiencia de los docentes, en el caso particular aquellos que orientan el área de lengua castellana, permitió determinar el papel que desempeñan en la materialización del proceso evaluativo institucional. Finalmente, el acercamiento a los estudiantes permitió identificar las opiniones y experiencias necesarias para considerar el cumplimiento de las pautas establecidos desde el SIE. Efectivamente, el logro de los procesos de evaluación en el área de lengua castellana, demuestra la pertinencia del mismo, a pesar de la identificación de elementos que surgen en el análisis, que demandan ser atendidos en los planes de mejoramiento, para dar continuidad a la calidad del servicio educativo de la Institución.
The Research "Analysis of evaluative pedagogical practices in language in eleven grade, in Antonio Nariño high school in Cúcuta city", aims to analyze the importance of teacher evaluative practices in the area of Spanish Language in eleventh grade, facing the educational quality processes that the focused Institution guides, supporting on authors such as Tobón and the guidelines established at the national level by both the MEN and the ICFES, on their theoretical basis. Therefore, a qualitative research methodology was used in the investigation and allowed approaching the evaluative process from its nature in three situations. In the first place, the recognition of the guidelines that guide the evaluation in the high school, allowed the initial approach to the phenomenon, establishing its characteristics, principles and actors; secondly, the analysis of the conception and experience of teachers, in the particular case those who guide the area of Spanish, allowed us to determine the role they play in the materialization of the institutional evaluation process. Finally, the approach to the students allowed identifying the opinions and experiences necessary to consider compliance with the guidelines established by the SIEE. Indeed, the achievement of the evaluation processes in the area of Spanish language, demonstrates its relevance, despite the identification of elements that arise in the analysis, which demand to be attended to in the improvement plans, giving continuity to the quality of the educational service of the Institution.
