Resumen
A través de la presente investigación se pretende realizar un análisis de la propuesta
de reforma rural integral planteada en los Acuerdos de Paz mediante las
experiencias históricas de las sociedades latinoamericanas. Para tal efecto, se
llevará a cabo una investigación social aplicada y crítica con naturaleza reflexiva a
partir de una amplitud monográfica caracterizada por encasillarse en el tipo de
investigación histórico – actual, pretendiendo alcanzar el ideal de la metodología de
recogida y análisis de recolección de información de carácter cualitativo.
En aras de desarrollar de manera organizada la temática propuesta, este artículo
se constituirá a partir de un diagnóstico situacional de la tierra en Colombia desde
la perspectiva económica y social mediante los últimos informes emitidos por
organizaciones internacionales para luego, comparar las soluciones inmersas en la
Reforma Rural Integral con las formulas planteadas en épocas anteriores frente a
situaciones de controversias similares en América Latina. Finalmente, se
establecerán los desafíos de la reforma rural integral planteada en los Acuerdos de
Paz frente a la dignificación del campesinado colombiano.
Through this research, we intend to carry out an analysis of the proposal of integral rural reform proposed in the Peace Accords through the historical experiences of Latin American societies. For this purpose, an applied and critical social investigation with the reflective nature will be carried out based on a monographic scope characterized by typecasting in the type of historical research - current, aiming to achieve the ideal of the collection methodology and collection analysis of qualitative information. In order to develop the proposed theme in an organized manner, this article is based on a situational diagnosis of land in Colombia from the economic and social perspective through the latest reports issued by international organizations and then compare the solutions immersed in the Reform Rural Integral with the formulas raised in previous times in the face of situations of similar controversies in Latin America. Finally, the challenges of the integral rural reform posed in the Peace Accords will be established against the dignification of the Colombian peasantry.
