Resumen
La literatura sobre el estrés laboral no es escasa, es muy notorio entre quienes se dedican a la enseñanza padecer patología estresora, tal vez, por el componente emocional y humano que caracteriza a la profesión.
Se destacan en el ámbito mundial los estudios de Gil Monte (2010); Cornejo, (2012); Palomera, (2012).
En el contexto nacional y local se encontraron los estudios de Gómez y Avela, (2009); Caballero, (2009); Crissien y Silvera, (2014) entre otros.
Respecto a la práctica pedagógica los postulados de Freire, (2006); Perea, (2004); Celestine Freinet, 1958, según González Monteagudo (2013). Desde la perspectiva de la resiliencia, se tomaron como fundamentos teóricos los estudios de Rutter y Grotber1966, citados por Gil, Gloria, (2010) y Henderson y Milstein, (2003).
The literature on occupational stress is not scarce, it is very noticeable among those who are dedicated to teaching suffering from stressful pathology, perhaps, due to the emotional and human component that characterizes the profession. The studies of Gil Monte (2010) stand out worldwide; Cornejo, (2012); Palomera, (2012). In the national and local context, the studies by Gómez y Avela, (2009); Caballero, (2009); Crissien and Silvera, (2014) among others. Regarding the pedagogical practice of Freire's postulates, (2006); Perea, (2004); Celestine Freinet, 1958, according to González Monteagudo, (2013).
