dc.description.abstractEste libro presenta un modelo clínico de revelación del diagnóstico de VIH/SIDA a niños, niñas y jóvenes llamado ”DIRÉ”, el cual fue validado científicamente en el año 2012 y que cuenta con dos reconocimientos : uno, de mérito científico otorgado por la Universidad del Norte (2012), y otro, del Colegio Colombiano de Psicólogos (COLPSIC, 2017) ganador del segundo lugar en 3ra. Convocatoria de Experiencias Significativas en Salud Mental, Convivencia y Construcción de Paz. Este modelo tiene por objetivo favorecer el ajuste psicológico y la adherencia terapéutica de niños, niñas y jóvenes diagnosticados con VIH/SIDA a través de 16 sesiones lúdico-educativas que involucran tanto la participación del menor como la de su cuidador, que buscan prepararlos para que asimilen la enfermedad, hacerlos más conscientes de ella y facilitar la compresión del diagnostico.spa
