Resumen
La deserción escolar es un problema latente que se viene presentando a nivel
mundial y nacional, este interrumpe los procesos de aprendizaje y aleja a los jóvenes de una
formación integral y de la posibilidad de mejorar su calidad de vida. En el desarrollo de
esta investigación nos centramos en proponer un plan de formación basado en los intereses
de los estudiantes de básica secundaria de las Instituciones Educativas oficiales del Distrito
de Cartagena para el período 2021-2022, por lo cual se asume un enfoque investigativo de
carácter mixto, respondiendo al interrogante planteado: ¿Cómo incentivar a los estudiantes
a la formación personal y vocacional?. La propuesta nos permite establecer la falta de
motivación que tienen algunos estudiantes al terminar sus estudios de básica secundaria, la
incidencia que tienen las escuelas para motivarlos a continuar en ella y si esta no sucede en
algunos casos, aumenta la deserción escolar por la falta de apoyo a nivel social, laboral,
familiar y económico.
La propuesta de investigación pretende determinar los factores psicosociales que inciden en
el contexto del estudiante, identificar sus intereses personales y vocacionales, además de
categorizar las actividades que buscan posibilitar sus aprendizajes.
In the development of this research we focus on proposing a training plan based on the interests of high school students of the official schools of the District of Cartagena for the period 2021-2022, for which a qualitative research approach is assumed. The research proposal aims to determine the psychosocial factors that affect the student's context, identify their personal and vocational interests, in addition to categorizing the activities that seek to enable their learning. To design a training plan based on the interests of high school students of the official Educational Institutions of the District of Cartagena that encourage integral and vocational training for the period 2021-2022. This research is carried out based on the qualitative research model assuming from the particular to the general; it also contemplates a phenomenological approach which seeks to explore, describe and understand the perception of the person. For the collection of information the researchers have designed a series of instruments called worksheets, which allow taking the samples of the participating actors.
