Resumen
La actualidad la violencia ha generado grandes dificultades en el ámbito laboral, social y
familiar, alterando la estabilidad para la realización de las actividades diarias, para ello se hace
necesario resaltar que no solo la mujer se está siendo afectada en por la violencia intrafamiliar,
sino que también los hijos sufren grandes consecuencias de maltrato que se genera en el ámbito
del hogar, ocasionado grandes traumas desde el punto de vista psicológico y emocional, es por
ello que mediante el estudio se analizó desde el punto de vista jurisprudencial la violencia
intrafamiliar generada en la localidad de Cúcuta, donde la metodología hermenéutico jurídica y
el enfoque cualitativo, busca mejorar la relación y protección de los integrantes de la familia de
la Ciudad de Cúcuta, y se busca ejemplarizar la condena de los agresores, donde actualmente
diversas líneas jurisprudenciales donde se protegen a cada miembro de la familia frente al
maltrato que esta genera.
El análisis jurisprudencial logró cumplir con los objetivos el mejoramiento del entorno social,
donde se afirma que la violencia económica es la que maneja barreras, impuestas por el
maltratador, la que se presenta con mayor número en hijos y mujeres por parte de los hombres
en el entorno familiar, su maltrato intrafamiliar se basa en excluir a su pareja de la posibilidad de
poder obtener ingresos, creando una dependencia económica absoluta en esta situación surge la
necesidad de precisar las principales jurisprudencias para lograr nuevos cambios en el entorno
social de la problemática que se evidencia.
Currently, violence has generated great difficulties in the workplace, social and family, altering stability for the performance of daily activities, for this it is necessary to highlight that not only women are being affected by intra-family violence, but that children also suffer great consequences of mistreatment that is generated in the home, caused great trauma from the psychological and emotional point of view, which is why the study analyzed from the jurisprudential point of view the intra-family violence generated in the town of Cúcuta, where the legal hermeneutic methodology and the qualitative approach, seeks to improve the relationship and protection of the members of the family of the City of Cúcuta, and seeks to exemplify the sentence of the aggressors, where currently various jurisprudential lines where They protect each member of the family against the mistreatment it generates. The jurisprudential analysis managed to meet the objectives of improving the social environment, where it is stated that economic violence is the one that manages barriers, imposed by the abuser, the one that occurs with the highest number of children and women by men in the family environment, their intra-family abuse is based on excluding their partner from the possibility of obtaining income, creating an absolute economic dependency in this situation, the need arises to specify the main jurisprudence to achieve new changes in the social environment of the problems that are evidence.
