Resumen
Antecedentes: Finsocial S.A.S. es una financiera tecnológica colombiana que brinda soluciones crediticias a docentes del sector público, pensionados, trabajando para crear nuevas oportunidades de inclusión financiera e innovación social. Nace con el objetivo de brindar soluciones crediticias inmediatas; dado que en Colombia el nivel de endeudamiento de los docentes del sector público y pensionados ha incrementado exponencialmente que en la actualidad es el segmento que mayores deudas.
Los docentes se preocupan por trabajar día a día en sanar las deudas que les generó terminar sus estudios, vivienda y por último las deudas que adquieren por los famosos gota a gota. Caso contrario el de los pensionados, quienes adquieren obligaciones financieras para cumplir el sueño de hijos, nietos o cualquier otro familiar, adicional sus gastos incurren en compra de medicamentos o cirugías que mejoren su estado de salud. Según la Portafolio en informa en noviembre 2021, que El 67% de los pensionados viven de emprendimientos, arriendos de propiedades y de las mesadas de sus hijos. Este segmento que más sufre de problemas emocionales; dado que actúan conforme a sus impulsos, lo que en muchas ocasiones genera inconsistencias en la adquisición de sus obligaciones financieras. Objetivo general: Desarrollar una estrategia efectiva que permita la generación de clientes potenciales para Finsocial, en aras de la estimulación del crecimiento de ventas de crédito.
Background: Finsocial S.A.S. is a Colombian technological finance company that provides credit solutions to public sector teachers, pensioners, working to create new opportunities for financial inclusion and social innovation. It was created with the objective of providing immediate credit solutions; given that in Colombia the level of indebtedness of public sector teachers and pensioners has increased exponentially, which is currently the segment with the highest debts. Teachers worry about working day by day to heal the debts that they generated from finishing their studies, housing and finally the debts that they acquire by the famous drop by drop. Otherwise, that of pensioners, who acquire financial obligations to fulfill the dream of children, grandchildren or any other family member, their additional expenses incur in the purchase of medicines or surgeries that improve their health. According to the Portfolio in reports in November 2021, that 67% of pensioners live from entrepreneurships, property rentals and from their children's allowances. This segment that suffers the most from emotional problems; since they act according to their impulses, which in many cases generates inconsistencies in the acquisition of their financial obligations. General objective: To develop an effective strategy that allows the generation of potential clients for Finsocial, in order to stimulate the growth of credit sales.
