Resumen
La rotación del personal es un tema importante a tratar hoy en día ya que se ha vuelto un factor de alto interés organizacional el mantener el capital humano de una compañía para beneficio de la misma, dicho factor aborda consigo diferentes conceptos y posturas que hasta el momento han sido tratadas a nivel internacional y nacional.
Existen diferentes estrategias para las organizaciones para que se adapten a la necesidad del empleado y evitar la deserción y así evitar el alto porcentaje de rotación de personal dentro de las organizaciones. Por esto es importante abordar la trascendencia que ha surgido a lo largo del tiempo en establecer estrategias de compensación como factor motivador para los trabajadores que se desarrollan en un ámbito organizacional en los que se han planteado teorías, investigaciones ,de más de una década en la que diferentes autores contribuyeron con sus ideas y nos permiten tener una radiografía de guía para implementar y mejorar estas prácticas beneficios en nuestros departamentos y empresas, para plantear dichas estrategias es importante conocer los tipos de prestaciones sociales que existen y se pueden emplear hoy en día en el mundo.
Objetivos: Como objetivo general, esta investigación pretende determinar la incidencia de los planes de compensación y beneficio en la rotación del personal de la compañía Norpack en la ciudad de Barranquilla.
Staff turnover is an important issue to be addressed today as it has become a factor of high organizational interest to maintain the human capital of a company for the benefit of the same, this factor addresses different concepts and positions that so far have been treated internationally and nationally. There are different strategies for organizations to adapt to the employee's needs and avoid desertion and thus avoid the high percentage of staff turnover within organizations. For this reason it is important to address the transcendence that has emerged over time in establishing compensation strategies as a motivating factor for workers who develop in an organizational environment in which theories have been raised, research, for more than a decade in which different authors contributed their ideas and allow us to have an x-ray guide to implement and improve these practices benefits in our departments and companies, to raise these strategies it is important to know the types of social benefits that exist and can be used today in the world. Objective: As a general objective, this research aims to determine the incidence of compensation and benefit plans on employee turnover in the Norpack company in the city of Barranquilla.
