Resumen
En este proyecto de investigación se propone como principal objetivo el análisis de la implementación del nuevo procedimiento penal especial abreviado en los juzgados de la ciudad de Cúcuta. A través del enfoque cualitativo de investigación científica se abordó una población compuesta por jueces, fiscales y profesionales del derecho especialistas en la jurisdicción penal, para establecer entre otras cosas, la manera en la que se viene implementando este proceso abreviado, considerando la reducción de instancias judiciales y términos procesales, la figura del acusador privado y los efectos de este proceso frente a la congestión judicial, como uno de los grandes obstáculos de la administración de justicia
In this research project, the main objective is to analyze the implementation of the new special criminal procedure in the courts of the Cúcuta City. Through the implementation of the qualitative research approach, a population composed of judges, prosecutors and legal professionals specialized in criminal jurisdiction is approached for the management of information in the future. of judicial instances and procedural terms, as well as of the figure of the private prosecutor and effects against judicial congestion as one of the great results of the administration of justice
