Resumen
La presente investigación que tiene por título “Relación entre la presencia de síntomas osteomusculares y la percepción de los empleados sobre el clima ergonómico en las empresas Riverport, surge debido a la carencia de los riesgos laborales en cuanto a los síntomas osteomusculares y clima ergonómico que afectan a los empleados realizando una evaluación de impacto sobre una intervención para reducir la prevalencia de molestias osteomusculares según diferentes localizaciones anatómicas y el análisis de las posibles diferencias en función de características de los trabajadores.
En ese sentido, que resaltamos la importancia de que, los trabajadores pasen su jornada laboral en un ambiente saludable y lo más apto posible para que puedan desempeñar sus funciones de manera más eficiente.
Objetivo: identificar los riesgos ergonómicos que afectan el desempeño laboral de los trabajadores de Riverport.
Se vio conveniente realizar la evaluación de impacto sobre una intervención para reducir la prevalencia de molestias osteomusculares de los trabajadores ya que esta empresa cuenta con un número considerable de funcionarios que desempeñan sus labores en oficinas y operativo.
Materiales y métodos: El método utilizado para la realización de la investigación que se utilizo es tipo descriptivo transversal, a partir de la evaluación realizada utilizando el cuestionario nórdico de síntomas musculo-tendinosos a una parte de la población total de los trabajadores.
Resultados: Cuyos resultados han evidenciado bajo nivel de riesgo y buen desempeño laboral.
Conclusión: Las dolencias físicas provocadas por las posturas que adoptan los funcionarios en el puesto de trabajo, motiva a probar que los riesgos ergonómicos tienen relación directa con el desempeño laboral.
The present investigation entitled "Relationship between the presence of musculoskeletal symptoms and the perception of employees about the ergonomic climate in Riverport companies, arises due to the lack of occupational hazards in terms of musculoskeletal symptoms and ergonomic climate that affect the employees carrying out an impact assessment on an intervention to reduce the prevalence of musculoskeletal discomfort according to different anatomical locations and the analysis of the possible differences depending on the characteristics of the workers. In this sense, we highlight the importance of workers spending their working day in a healthy environment that is as suitable as possible so that they can perform their duties more efficiently. Objective: to identify the ergonomic risks that affect the job performance of Riverport workers. It was considered convenient to carry out the impact evaluation on an intervention to reduce the prevalence of musculoskeletal discomfort in workers, since this company has a considerable number of employees who carry out their work in offices and in operations. Materials and methods: The method used to carry out the research used is a cross-sectional descriptive type, based on the evaluation carried out using the Nordic questionnaire of musculotendinous symptoms to a part of the total population of workers. Results: Whose results have shown a low level of risk and good job performance. Conclusion: The physical ailments caused by the positions adopted by officials in the workplace, motivates to prove that ergonomic risks are directly related to job performance.
