Resumen
El clima organizacional y el desempeño laboral son dos de los tópicos con caracterización positiva más indagados en el campo de la psicología organizacional, puesto que representan un eje fundamental en el proceso de calidad humana dentro de las empresas u organizaciones.
Así mismo, ha desencadenado gran interés entre diferentes investigadores, podría decirse que a raíz de la importancia que ha ejercido el crear, el sentir, el proceder de cada trabajador dentro de una organización, y por consiguiente la forma en cómo evoluciona dicha entidad. Hoy por hoy, intentan exponer su naturaleza y poder medirlo.
En la opinión de Likert y Gibson (1986) sostienen que clima organizacional es el término que se utiliza para hacer referencia a la forma constituida psicológicamente de toda organización. En esa instancia, el clima es la manera en la que se siente un empleado, es la personalidad o el carácter que se da en el ambiente de la Organización, todo lo que dentro de una compañía se puede llegar a experimentar, lo que se incide en su conducta y puede referirse a las particularidades de la organización.
Es por ello, que surge la idea de llevar a cabo esta pesquisa, enfocada en cómo influye el clima organizacional en el desempeño laboral de los empleados dentro del Centro Dermatológico y Rejuvenecimiento Facial Iván Diazgranados en la ciudad de Barranquilla., y de esta forma, conocer el nivel de satisfacción del personal de dicha compañia, y a su vez, indagar sobre las distintas herramientas que se brindan dentro de la misma para la motivación
de las tareas que se ejecutan a diario, lo que se exhibe como un componente clave para explicar el comportamiento humano en el trabajo, y el éxito que esto conlleve para el crecimiento empresarial.
Organizational climate and work performance are two of the most investigated topics with positive characterization in the field of organizational psychology, since they represent a fundamental axis in the process of human quality within companies or organizations. Likewise, it has triggered great interest among different researchers, it could be said that as a result of the importance that has been exerted by the creation, the feeling, the behavior of each worker within an organization, and consequently the way in which this entity evolves. Today, they try to expose its nature and be able to measure it. In the opinion of Likert and Gibson (1986), they maintain that organizational climate is the term used to refer to the psychologically constituted form of any organization. In that instance, the climate is the way in which an employee feels, it is the personality or character that is given in the environment of the organization, everything that can be experienced within a company, which affects their behavior and can refer to the particularities of the organization. That is why the idea of carrying out this research arises, focused on how the organizational climate influences the work performance of employees in the Dermatological and Facial Rejuvenation Center Ivan Diazgranados in the city of Barranquilla, and in this way, to know the level of satisfaction of the staff of the company, and in turn, to inquire about the different tools that are provided within the same for the motivation of the tasks that are executed daily, which is exhibited as a key component to explain human behavior at work, and the success that this entails for business growth.
