Resumen
El seguimiento y control del proceso de la gestación es un procedimiento necesario para las mujeres que atraviesan esa situación, ello debe estar ligado a las recomendaciones de especialistas en obstetricia, las cuales garanticen a las pacientes una atención idónea, donde puedan involucrarse las TIC (tecnologías de la información y la comunicación), en beneficio de las mujeres que lo requieran. Este trabajo tiene como finalidad diseñar una aplicación (OBSTETRIC CALCULATORS APP) dirigido al personal en salud para detectar de manera inmediata riesgos y complicaciones en embarazadas.
Destacando que su alcance es relativamente amplio, debido a que la aplicación puede ser utilizada sin ningún tipo de limitación, únicamente requiere acceso a los medios tecnológicos, con el fin de asegurar un mecanismo de fácil utilidad y que garantice la salud tanto del feto como de las mujeres embarazadas. La metodología aplicada estuvo basada en evidencia científica, de utilidad monousuario y plataforma Android. Los hallazgos demuestran el diseño de una aplicación necesaria y garante de establecer estabilidad y tranquilidad al personal médico y a las pacientes, en cuanto a las necesidades de diagnóstico más preciso.
The monitoring and control of the gestation process is a necessary procedure for women going through this stage. It must be linked to the recommendations of obstetrics specialists to ensure optimal care for patients, incorporating ICT (Information and Communication Technologies) to benefit the women who need it. This study aims to design an application (OBSTETRIC CALCULATORS APP) for healthcare personnel to immediately detect risks and complications in pregnant women. Notably, its scope is relatively broad, as the application can be used without restrictions, requiring only access to technological resources. This ensures an easy-to-use mechanism that safeguards the health of both the fetus and the pregnant woman. The applied methodology was based on scientific evidence, designed for single-user functionality, and developed for the Android platform. The findings demonstrate the development of a necessary application that guarantees stability and reassurance for both medical personnel and patients by enabling more accurate diagnoses.
