Resumen
La justicia transicional se refiere a una seria de mecanismos para acceder a la verdad, la
justicia, la reparación y la no repetición posterior a periodos de conflicto, este ensayo tiene
como objetivo general, analizar como la implementación de la justicia transicional y sus
mecanismos de reparación, han impacto en las mujeres víctimas del conflicto armado
colombiano en el departamento Norte de Santander en el año 2023, desde un enfoque
cualitativo empleando el método de análisis documental, técnica idónea para el análisis de la
información empírica, con el paradigma interpretativo, se procedió con el estudio y análisis
de diferentes fuentes como : tesis doctoral, tesis de magister y tesis de especializaciones
internacional, nacionales y locales, de profesionales con afinidad al tema de estudio del
presente ensayo, también revistas e investigaciones científicas, internacionales, nacionales y
locales, qué permitieron asentar unos resultados o conclusiones a nuestro trabajo, como por
ejemplo la mala percepción que tienen muchas mujeres víctimas del conflicto armado
colombiano, acerca de los mecanismos legales con los que cuenta la justicia transicional en
Colombia para garantizar la satisfacción de su derecho a reparación como víctima.
Transitional justice refers to a series of mechanisms to access truth, justice, reparation and non-repetition after periods of conflict. The general objective of this essay is to analyze how the implementation of transitional justice and its mechanisms of reparation, have an impact on the women victims of the Colombian armed conflict in the year 2023, from a qualitative approach using the documentary analysis method, an ideal technique for the analysis of empirical information, with the interpretive paradigm, the study and analysis was carried out from different sources such as: doctoral thesis, master's thesis and international, national and local specialization theses, from professionals with affinity to the topic of study of this essay, scientific, international, national and local magazines and research, which allowed establishing some results or conclusions to our work, such as the poor perception that many women victims of the Colombian armed conflict have about the legal mechanisms that transitional justice has in Colombia to guarantee the satisfaction of their right to reparation as a victim.
