Abstract
Los grandes avances en las tecnologías de información y comunicación (TIC), el uso de las redes sociales y los dispositivos electrónicos fomentan significativamente el desarrollo de la agresión contra las parejas adolescentes, problemática que se ha expandido por todo el mundo. Objetivo: Analizar la relación entre el abuso online en el noviazgo y la dependencia emocional en jóvenes y adultos colombianos. Materiales y Métodos: Se realizó un estudio transversal no experimental, con (n=1004) jóvenes y adultos colombianos entre los 18 y 35 años. Se utilizaron los instrumentos Escala de Abuso Online en Relaciones de Noviazgo y Cuestionario de Dependencia Emocional (CDE).
The great advances in information and communication technologies (ICT), the use of social networks and electronic devices significantly encourage the development of aggression against adolescent couples, a problem that has expanded worldwide. Objective: To analyze the relationship between online dating abuse and emotional dependence in Colombian youth and adults. Materials and methods: A non-experimental cross-sectional study was carried out, with (n=400) Colombian youth and adults between 18 and 35 years of age. The Cyber Dating Abuse Questionnaire among young couples and the Emotional Dependence Questionnaire (CDE) were used.
