| dc.description.abstract | Este artículo de investigación sobre Metodologías Ágiles en la Implementación de Sistemas de Gestión de Calidad muestra cómo el uso de prácticas ágiles, particularmente Scrum, Kanban y Lean, puede permitir que los sistemas de gestión de calidad se vuelvan más eficientes, adaptativos y sostenibles. Este estudio parte del problema organizacional de los entornos cambiantes, permitiéndonos mantener nuestras operaciones más ágiles y enfocadas en el valor frente a los modelos tradicionales bien conocidos por su rigidez, burocracia y "pesada documentación". El objetivo general fue explorar cómo las metodologías ágiles pueden ayudarnos a llevar los SGC de buenos a excelentes, especialmente que se conviertan en unas herramientas útiles en las organizaciones que faciliten la adaptación a los cambios y a la sostenibilidad del negocio. | spa |
| dc.description.abstract | This research article on Agile Methodologies in the Implementation of Quality Management Systems (QMS) shows how the use of Agile practices— particularly Scrum, Kanban, and Lean—can enable QMS to become more efficient, adaptive, and sustainable. This study is grounded in the organizational challenge of rapidly changing environments, allowing operations to remain more agile and value-focused compared with traditional models, which are well known for their rigidity, bureaucracy, and burdensome documentation. The overarching objective was to explore how Agile methodologies can help move QMS from good to excellent, especially by turning them into practical tools within organizations that facilitate adaptation to change and business sustainability. | spa |
