Resumen
La investigación se realizó en el marco de la maestría de la Universidad Simón Bolívar con el objetivo de proponer estrategias didácticas para la innovación en la práctica docente en el área de humanidades (Español) en la Institución Educativa Real del Obispo. La metodologías usada fue el paradigma histórico hermenéutico que permitió reconocer la diversidad, comprender la realidad del quehacer de los maestros en el acto pedagógico usando el diseño del Estudio de caso porque se examina o indaga sobre un fenómeno contemporáneo en su entorno real utilizando múltiples fuentes de datos, y puede estudiarse tanto un caso único como múltiples casos y para ello se utilizaron las técnicas como la observación, el cuestionario, el análisis documental y los instrumentos como la guía de observación, escala Likert y una matriz de análisis. Estos se aplicaron a los 22 maestros de la Institución Educativa Real del Obispo. Los resultados encontrados muestran que falta actualización docente, coherencia en los planeadores de clase y el plan de área, dinamización al acto pedagógico, recursos didácticos, preparación en Tics.
The investigation was made in the framework of the Simón Bolívar University Master's Degree with the aim of proposing didactic strategies for innovation in teaching practice in the humanities area (Spanish) at the Real del Obispo Educational Institution. The methodologies used was the hermeneutical historical paradigm that allowed to recognize the diversity, to understand the reality of the task of the teachers in the pedagogical act using the case study design because it examines or investigates a contemporary phenomenon in its real environment using multiple sources of data, and can be studied both a single case and multiple cases and for this techniques were used as observation, questionnaire, documentary analysis and instruments such as the observation guide, Likert scale and a matrix of analysis. These were applied to the 22 teachers of the Real del Obispo Educational Institution. The results show that there is a lack of teacher updating, coherence in the class planners and the area plan, dynamization of the pedagogical act, teaching resources, preparation in Tics.
