Resumen
Objetivo:
Contribuir a la reducción de los altos Índices de analfabetismo de los habitantes
del municipio La Playa de Belén en la zona del Catatumbo con el apoyo y la
participación del sector privado, el sector público y el tercer sector.
Objetivos específicos:
Determinar la tasa actual de analfabetismo de las personas que habitan en el
municipio de La Playa de Belén en el Catatumbo.
Determinar los factores específicos que inciden en la tasa de analfabetismo en
el municipio de La Playa de Belén.
Diseñar un plan de acción orientado a disminuir la tasa de analfabetismo de la
población del municipio de La Playa de Belén en el Catatumbo.
Materiales y Métodos:
Es una propuesta de proyecto factible, con un enfoque cualitativo, basada en
investigación descriptiva. El diseño utilizado en esta investigación se enmarca
dentro de las siguientes características: no experimental, transversal y con base en
revisión documental bibliográfica.
Resultados:
Obtener la información requerida en cuanto al número preciso de población
analfabeta y la tasa de analfabetismo que se ha mantenido en los últimos tres años
en el municipio La Playa de Belén, para poder realizar los análisis correspondientes
y las respectivas recomendaciones, tomando las medidas que sean necesarias para
disminuir esa tasa de acuerdo con los planes del gobierno nacional. Descubrir los
factores que han sido determinantes para que la población se le dificulte iniciar y/o
continuar su educación básica, diseñar estrategias que soluciones cada uno de ellos
y generar un impacto positivo a la población al lograr mejorar su calidad de vida a
través de mejores oportunidades laborales en el mediano y largo plazo.
Se espera a su vez lograr cumplir los requisitos para llevar a cabo este proyecto
con el programa nacional de alfabetización del gobierno nacional a través del
Ministerio de Educación Nacional o con organismos de cooperación nacional e
internacional y alcanzar una reducción significativa de la población analfabeta en un
lapso de un año.

Discover the factors that have been determining factors in making it difficult for the population to start and / or continue their basic education, design strategies that solve each one of them and generate a positive impact on the population by improving their quality of life through better job opportunities in the medium and long term.
