| dc.description.abstract | En los últimos años, el tema de la protección al medio ambiente se ha convertido en una preocupación global y Colombia no ha sido ajena a esta temática, en donde todo el mundo se encuentra alineado para poder contar con un ambiente sano y ecológicamente sostenible. Uno de los factores que incide notablemente sobre esta problemática es que vivimos en un entorno o mundo consumista lo que genera constantemente la producción y acumulación de gran cantidad de residuos, que no favorecen a la salvaguarda del medio ambiente, es así como hacia la década de los 70’s se promulgan los primeros enfoques normativos que fueron la base del avance jurídico ambiental con el que se cuenta hoy en el país. La generación de residuos sólidos es una de las principales causas que afectan la salud humana y el deterioro del medio ambiente, por tanto, un manejo adecuado y razonable tiene un aporte relevante para lograr una gestión adecuada y mejora del entorno, En Colombia a pesar de existir normas como el Código Nacional de Recursos Naturales de 1974, en el cual se dispuso las reglas para el manejo adecuado de los residuos, basuras, desechos y desperdicios, a la fecha existen muchas ciudades y comunidades en general en todo el país que gestionan de forma inadecuada e incorrecta la producción de sus recursos. Alguna de estas por no contar con un sitio adecuado para el manejo, almacenamiento y disposición de los residuos lo que genera problemas sanitarios, contaminación al medio ambiente e incumplimientos a la normatividad como el código nacional de policía y convivencia generan sanciones y multas. | spa |
| dc.description.abstract | In recent years, the issue of environmental protection has become a global concern and Colombia has not been oblivious to this issue, where everyone is aligned to have a healthy and ecologically sustainable environment. One of the factors that has a significant impact on this problem is that we live in a consumerist environment or world, which constantly generates the production and accumulation of a large amount of waste, which does not favor the safeguarding of the environment. This is how in the 70's the first regulatory approaches were enacted, which were the basis of the environmental legal progress that we have today in the country. The generation of solid waste is one of the main causes that affect human health and the deterioration of the environment, therefore, an adequate and reasonable management has a relevant contribution to achieve an adequate management and improvement of the environment. In Colombia, despite the existence of norms such as the National Code of Natural Resources of 1974, which established the rules for the adequate management of waste, garbage, refuse and waste, to date there are many cities and communities in general throughout the country that manage inadequately and incorrectly the production of their resources. Some of these do not have an adequate site for the handling, storage and disposal of waste, which generates sanitary problems, environmental contamination and non-compliance with regulations such as the national code of police and coexistence, which generates sanctions and fines. | eng |
