Resumen
El siguiente articulo tiene como finalidad identificar el impacto que tienen las redes sociales en las conductas sociales, personales y psicológicas de niños, niñas y adolescentes en la ciudad de Barranquilla – Colombia durante el periodo comprendido entre los años 2018 y 2021, motivados en los recientes acontecimientos que han puesto en peligro la integridad de esta población, conductas atípicas las cuales muchas han terminado en tragedias, debido al impacto que estos medios generan en las conductas psicosociales de estos niños, niñas y adolescentes, ya que, el 84% de niños, niñas y adolescentes entre 9 y 16 años ya poseen alguna red social sin supervisión de los padres, por lo anterior se ha ahondado en la legislación colombiana en busca de controles legales que mitiguen o controlen el contenido distribuido en las redes sociales dirigido a la población en estudio.
La importancia de esta investigación radica en que en Colombia hoy día es necesario establecer cuáles son los controles legales que regulan las redes para los niños, niñas y adolescente, debido que, actualmente ocupamos el indecoroso segundo lugar en tiempo dedicado a redes sociales de manera improductiva, además que diversos estudios demuestran que el uso excesivo de las redes sociales trae consigo problemas
de salud físicos, adicción, problemas de salud mental entre otros, que pueden afectar las conductas de los niños, niñas y adolescentes.
El objetivo principal de la investigación es determinar cuál el impacto que tienes las redes y, que controles legales existen en Colombia para regularlo. La
importancia de este objetivo radica en poder identificar a tiempo el tipo de contenido distribuido y consumido por los niños, niñas y adolescentes y con qué medida legal se puede contrarrestar los contenidos nocivos que se están reproduciendo.
The purpose of the following article is to identify the impact that social networks have on the social, personal and psychological behaviors of children and adolescents in the city of Barranquilla - Colombia during the period between 2018 and 2021, motivated by the recent events that have endangered the integrity of this population, atypical behaviors which many have ended in tragedies, due to the impact that these media generate on the psychosocial behaviors of these children and adolescents, since 84% of children, Girls and adolescents between the ages of 9 and 16 already have a social network without parental supervision. For this reason, Colombian legislation has been delved into in search of legal controls that mitigate or control the content distributed on social networks aimed at the population in study. The importance of this research lies in the fact that in Colombia today it is necessary to establish what are the legal controls that regulate networks for children and adolescents, due to the fact that we currently occupy the unseemly second place in time dedicated to social networks in an unproductive manner. In addition, various studies show that the excessive use of social networks brings problems physical health, addiction, mental health problems among others, which can affect the behavior of children and adolescents. The main objective of the investigation is to determine the impact that the networks have and what legal controls exist in Colombia to regulate it. The importance of this objective lies in being able to identify in time the type of content distributed and consumed by children and adolescents and with what legal measure the harmful content being reproduced can be counteracted.
