Resumen
Este articulo tiene como objetivo analizar las condiciones de innovación
que implica la gestión universitaria, para argumentar consideraciones claves para
su fomento en la educación superior. Como estrategia metodológica se argumenta
el paradigma interpretativo mediante una construcción colectiva con participantes
de universidades colombianas, discutiendo la narrativa de: innovación y gestión
universitaria. Como hallazgo del trabajo realizado con los participantes, se identificó
la pertinencia de la estructura y procesos en su proyecto educativo institucional,
perfilándose una oportunidad de innovación como medida para la transformación
educativa. La innovación universitaria representa un eje temático en el fundamento
de su gestión organizacional, presentándose la necesidad de continuar identificando
formas de impulso de la innovación en educación superior, articulando tecnología,
dinamismo y la interactividad en la formación universitaria y la calidad de la
educación superior.
This article aims to analyze the conditions of innovation involved in university management, to argue key considerations for its promotion in higher education. As a methodological strategy the interpretive paradigm is argued through a collective construction with participants from Colombian universities, discussing the narrative of innovation and university management. As a finding of the work done with the participants, the relevance of the structure and processes in its institutional educational project was identified, with an opportunity for innovation as a measure for educational transformation. University innovation represents a thematic axis on the basis of its organizational management, presenting the need to continue to identify forms of impetus of innovation in higher education, articulating technology, dynamism and interactivity in university training and the quality of superior education.
