Resumen
El contrato psicológico se puede definir como la percepción de un individuo sobre el conjunto de compromisos mutuos no formalizados con su empresa. En esta investigación se escoge conocer acerca del contrato psicológico en la relación laboral de los docentes catedráticos de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo del Instituto Nacional de Formación Técnico Profesional Humberto Velásquez García Ciénaga-Magdalena, como una manera de identificar las situaciones problemáticas que se pueden presentar al respecto y que permitan mejorar tanto el rendimiento laboral como la adaptabilidad del personal vinculado a la institución educativa, en pro del cumplimiento de la visión y misión y el logro de los objetivos empresariales.
En este orden de ideas podemos manifestar que el Contrato psicológico es La relación que surge entre los empleados y su organización se caracteriza por el grado y calidad del compromiso entre ellos, mediado por un fenómeno cognitivo llamado contractura psicológica, desarrollado por el individuo con su organización y por cualquier persona, se haga o no, se traduce en consecuencias.
Para crear y desarrollar contratos psicológicos de manera efectiva, las organizaciones deben implementar métodos que ayuden a identificar los elementos y valores que impulsan las expectativas y los compromisos en cada una de sus etapas. Como son la elección o preámbulo del contrato psicológico, Mantenimiento del Contrato Psicológico, y Ruptura del Contrato Psicológico: El contrato psicológico se ve envuelto en elementos que de cierta manera ayudan a que se cumplan una gran variedad de cláusulas, varios de estos elementos son Equilibrio, Cambio, Motivación e Incumplimiento. Existen dos tipos de contratos psicológicos, estos pueden ser de tipo transaccional o relacional.
El Instituto Nacional de Formación Técnico Profesional Humberto Velásquez García (INFOTEP HVG), es una institución de educación superior del Departamento del Magdalena, que ofrece, procesos académicos y administrativos tramitados de acuerdo bajo lineamientos, condiciones de calidad y demás exigencias del Ministerio de Educación Nacional. Es entidad pública de carácter académico con personería jurídica, autonomía administrativa y patrimonio independiente. Ofrece a la ciudadanía 6 programas técnicos profesionales y 7 programas técnicos laborales. Dentro de los técnicos laborales se encuentra el de Seguridad y Salud en el trabajo. Considerando que la misión y visión institucional se concibe que uno de los objetivos principales es mantener al personal o al talento humano altamente motivado para que den el máximo rendimiento posible en sus labores de trabajo habituales. Se ha podido detectar que hay inconformidad en el ambiente laboral en el cuerpo de docentes, en la medida que se sienten a una especie de camisa de fuerza en el desarrollo de su función misional porque consideran que pese a que las condiciones de contratación y de empleo en el país no son las mejores. La investigación tiene un paradigma interpretativo, el cual se basa en comprender la realidad, desarrollar conocimiento y permitir una comunicación asertiva y de entendimiento entre el investigador y los investigados. Este paradigma busca estudiar un tema a profundidad para comprenderlo plenamente. Son los procedimientos o métodos utilizados para recolectar datos descriptivos sobre las palabras y comportamientos hablados y escritos. La investigación es de enfoque cualitativo el cual estudia la realidad en un contexto natural al igual de como sucede, sacando e interpretando fenómenos de acuerdo con las personas implicadas.
The psychological contract can be defined as an individual's perception of the set of non-formalized mutual commitments with his company. In this research, we choose to know about the psychological contract in the employment relationship of professors of Occupational Safety and Health at the National Institute of Professional Technical Training Humberto Velásquez García Ciénaga-Magdalena, as a way of identifying problematic situations that can be present in this regard and that allow to improve both the work performance and the adaptability of the personnel linked to the educational institution, in favor of the fulfillment of the vision and mission and the achievement of business objectives. To effectively create and develop psychological contracts, organizations must implement methods that help identify the elements and values that drive expectations and commitments at each stage. As they are the choice or preamble of the psychological contract, Maintenance of the Psychological Contract, and Rupture of the Psychological Contract: The psychological contract is involved in elements that in a certain way help to comply with a great variety of clauses, several of these elements are Balance , Change, Motivation and Default. There are two types of psychological contracts, these can be transactional or relational.. Considering that the institutional mission and vision, it is conceived that one of the main objectives is to keep the staff or human talent highly motivated so that they give the maximum possible performance in their usual work tasks. It has been possible to detect that there is disagreement in the work environment in the teaching body, to the extent that they feel in a kind of straitjacket in the development of their missionary function because they consider that despite the fact that the conditions of contracting and employment in the country are not the best. Research has an interpretive paradigm, which is based on understanding reality, developing knowledge and allowing assertive communication and understanding between the researcher and those investigated. This paradigm seeks to study a subject in depth to fully understand it. They are the procedures or methods used to collect descriptive data about spoken and written words and behaviors. The research is of a qualitative approach which studies reality in a natural context just as it happens, extracting and interpreting phenomena according to the people involved.
