Resumen
Objetivo: Describir las percepciones de los trabajadores de distintos sectores
económicos del Caribe colombiano respecto al clima organizacional y la satisfacción
laboral en sus entornos laborales.
Materiales y Métodos: Se adoptó un enfoque cuantitativo, descriptivo y transversal,
empleando un diseño no experimental para la recolección y análisis de los datos.
La investigación se desarrolló entre julio de 2024 y febrero de 2025 en empresas
representativas de los sectores servicios, construcción, industria y agricultura, todas
ubicadas en la ciudad de Barranquilla, Atlántico. La muestra estuvo conformada por
87 trabajadores, seleccionados mediante un muestreo no probabilístico por
conveniencia, garantizando criterios de inclusión tales como una antigüedad mínima
de seis meses en la organización, mayoría de edad y consentimiento informado
para la participación voluntaria. La recolección de información se realizó a través de
un cuestionario estructurado, que integró dos instrumentos validados: el
Cuestionario de Satisfacción Laboral S20/23, ampliamente utilizado en contextos
iberoamericanos, y un instrumento de evaluación del clima organizacional basado
en los lineamientos de la norma ISO 9001:2015, enfocado en la gestión de calidad
y la mejora continua. Ambos instrumentos emplearon una escala Likert de cinco
puntos para medir la intensidad de las percepciones. El procesamiento y análisis de
los datos se efectuó utilizando herramientas estadísticas y de visualización en
Python, con bibliotecas como Pandas y Seaborn, lo que permitió una exploración
rigurosa de las variables sociodemográficas, la percepción del clima organizacional
y el nivel de satisfacción laboral.
Objective: To describe the perceptions of workers from various economic sectors in the Colombian Caribbean regarding organizational climate and job satisfaction within their work environments. Materials and Methods: A quantitative, descriptive, and cross-sectional approach was adopted, employing a non-experimental design for data collection and analysis. The study was conducted between July 2024 and February 2025 in representative companies from the services, construction, industry, and agriculture sectors, all located in Barranquilla, Atlántico. The sample consisted of 87 workers selected through non-probabilistic convenience sampling, ensuring inclusion criteria such as a minimum tenure of six months in the organization, legal adulthood, and informed consent for voluntary participation. Data were gathered via a structured questionnaire integrating two validated instruments: the S20/23 Job Satisfaction Questionnaire, widely used in Ibero-American contexts, and an organizational climate assessment tool based on ISO 9001:2015 guidelines, focused on quality management and continuous improvement. Both instruments utilized a five-point Likert scale to measure perception intensity. Data processing and analysis were performed using statistical and visualization tools in Python, including Pandas and Seaborn libraries, enabling a rigorous exploration of sociodemographic variables, organizational climate perception, and job satisfaction levels.
