dc.description.abstractLa semiología, ciencia que estudia los síntomas y signos de las enfermedades, fundamental en el aprendizaje y practica de las diferentes patologías que unificada a la simulación potencializa el conocimiento y la práctica en los estudias de la salud. Objetivo: Alimentar el software MARIO con información de diferentes patologías neurológicas (Epilepsia, cefalea migrañosa y enfermedades desmielinizante), que capaciten a los estudiantes de pregrado en medicina de la Universidad Simón Bolívar para un adecuado diagnóstico y tratamiento oportuno en la práctica clínica. Metodología: Estudio de desarrollo tecnológico de entrenamiento. Resultados: Se formularon un total de 15 preguntas para la patología Epilepsia, 12 preguntas de Migraña y 17 preguntas enfermedad desmielinizante validadas por experto en neurología y aprobadas por ingenieros, posteriormente incluidas dentro de la arquitectura técnica del sistema de MARIO, que es concebido mediante un algoritmo que genera la creación de conversaciones, basado en técnicas de machine learning. Conclusiones: Se obtuvieron 15 preguntas para la patología Epilepsia, 12 preguntas de Cefalea migrañosa y 17 preguntas en enfermedad desmielinizante, siendo avaladas por médicos especialistas en neurología y Se implemento el enfoque pedagógico de la semiología a partir de la simulación por medio del entrenamiento del software (MARIO) siendo una herramienta ideal para afrontar retos médicos en escenarios cercanos a la realidad que permite adquirir nuevos conocimientos, reforzar y desarrollar diferentes competencias medicas en el momento de la atención médica, favoreciendo un mejor rendimiento clínico y disminuyendo el margen de error en la práctica.spa
