Resumen
El conflicto armado se define como el enfrentamiento entre individuos o grupos con intenciones hostiles utilizando la violencia que puede resultar en la aniquilación física del otro. En Colombia, este conflicto, arraigado en factores políticos, sociales y económicos, ha provocado confrontaciones entre insurgentes, fuerzas militares y paramilitares, con graves consecuencias para la población civil, como violencia, desplazamiento forzado y traumas. El impacto se refleja en la migración forzada, principalmente causada por grupos al margen de la ley, y en el desequilibrio emocional y económico en las familias afectadas, especialmente en las zonas rurales, y por supuesto en las afectaciones psicosociales generadas por el trauma mismo. Es fundamental comprender las raíces históricas y los efectos del conflicto para buscar soluciones que fomenten la paz, el bienestar psicosocial y la reconciliación en la sociedad colombiana.

In Colombia, this conflict, rooted in political, social and economic factors, has caused confrontations between insurgents, military and paramilitary forces, with serious consequences for the civilian population, such as violence, forced displacement and trauma. The impact is reflected in forced migration, mainly caused by groups outside the law, and in the emotional and economic imbalance in the affected families, especially in rural areas, and of course in the psychosocial effects generated by the trauma itself. It is essential to understand the historical roots and effects of the conflict to seek solutions that promote peace, psychosocial well-being and reconciliation in Colombian society.
