Resumen
Los retos a los que se enfrentan las empresas modernas en un ambiente competitivo
donde la innovación es el eje transversal de sus prácticas cotidianas, crea en las pymes,
la necesidad de interiorizar nuevos esquemas de dirección que le permitan redefinir sus
estrategias para fomentar la innovación internamente. De ahí el objetivo de proponer
un modelo de dirección estratégica para la innovación en las pymes, acorde son sus
necesidades, capacidades y recursos. Para ello, se realizó un estudio documental,
en el cual se revisó y recolecto información de artículos científicos, libros, revistas de
divulgación y sitios web para posteriormente interpretar y analizar la información obtenida
con un alcance propositivo, utilizando como autores principales a Sánchez, Cervantes
y Peralta (2016); Pérez (2014); Aguilera (2010); Johnson, Scholes y Whittington (2006),
entre otros. Se concluye con el diseño de un modelo de direccionamiento estratégico que articula la innovación a las prácticas cotidianas de las pymes, permitirá lograr un
mayor impacto en su gestión.
The challenges that modern companies face in a competitive environment where innovation is the cross-cutting issue of their daily practices, providing SMEs, in particular, the need to internalize new management schemes that allow them to formally redefining their strategies in order to promote of innovation within their organizations. Hence the objective of proposing a strategic management model for innovation SMEs according to their needs, capabilities and resources. For this, a documentary study was carried out, in which information from scientific articles, books, dissemination magazines and websites was reviewed and collected to later interpret and analyze the information obtained with a proactive scope using as principal authors: Sánchez, Cervantes and Peralta (2016); Pérez (2014); Aguilera (2010); Johnson, Scholes and Whittington (2006), among others. It concludes with the design of a strategic addressing model that articulates innovation to the daily practices of SMEs, thereby achieving better management impact.
