Resumen
El objetivo de este estudio es identificar los estilos de aprendizaje (EA) más predominantes por los estudiantes de segundo semestre, jornada diurna, de las facultades de que pertenecen a área de la salud, tales como Medicina, Enfermería y Fisioterapia de la Universidad Simón Bolívar. Además, busca, con esta información, implementar estrategias metodológicas que contribuyan al mejoramiento del sistema educativo.
Esta investigación es de tipo descriptivo; en ella se encuestaron 59 estudiantes, utilizando el instrumento estandarizado diseñado por Honey y Alonso, llamado el test “CHAEA”. Para el análisis estadístico la tabulación del mismo instrumento; los resultados mostraron diferencias significativas entre los estilos de aprendizaje y las facultades analizadas. Los EA más predominantes fueron el teórico seguido del activo, y el estilo pragmático.
