Resumen
La Depresión, Ansiedad y Estrés, son uno de los problemas más frecuentes entre la
población laboral, ocasionando repercusiones en la salud mental de los trabajadores, que
pueden tener consecuencias en el ambiente de trabajo, en la interacción con su entorno,
debido a factores que se generan por la vivencia de eventos estresantes a consecuencias
psicológicas de las experiencias traumáticas y las reacciones emocionales ante pérdidas
significativas, dando origen a síntomas depresivos, ansiedad, provocando problemas en la
comunicación, dificultades de socialización con sus familias, amigos y alteraciones en el
sueño, generando en sí mismo perdidas en su capacidad física para la realización del
trabajo El objetivo de este proyecto de investigación, fue identificar los fatores laborales que
influyen en los problemas de salud mental en los trabajadores de tres instituciones
prestadoras de servicios de salud. Es un estudio de corte transversal donde se evaluó la
salud mental mediante del cuestionario DASS-21, que mide depresión, ansiedad y estrés
en las personas. Los resultados arrojaron que las muestras en mayor proporción fueron por
mujeres con un porcentaje de (67,7%); los trabajadores pertenecientes a estratos 2 y 3
suman un (78,48%) de la población total con estudios profesionales y posgrados, así mismo
se identifica que el estado de salud mental en la mayoría de los trabajadores no presenta
condición de padecimiento mental con un porcentaje de (56,9%), y sigue una proporción de
padecimiento leve de (37,63%), podemos observar el estado de ansiedad según las
muestras tomadas que se encuentran de forma moderada con un porcentaje de (40,86%),
también podemos determinar que en la mayoría de los trabajadores no presentan nivel de
estrés con un porcentaje de (75,26%).

The objective of this research project was to identify the labor factors that influence mental health problems in the workers of three institutions that provide health services. It is a cross-sectional study where mental health was evaluated using the DASS-21 questionnaire, which measures depression, anxiety and stress in people. The results showed that the samples in the highest proportion were by women with a percentage of (67.7%); workers belonging to strata 2 and 3 add up to (78.48%) of the total population with professional and postgraduate studies, likewise it is identified that the state of mental health in the majority of workers does not present a condition of mental illness with a percentage of (56.9%), and follows a proportion of mild suffering of (37.63%), we can observe the state of anxiety according to the samples taken that are in a moderate way with a percentage of (40.86%) , we can also determine that most workers do not have a level of stress with a percentage of (75.26%).
