| dc.description.abstract | El presente artículo de investigación se realizó fundamentado en la lucha contra la trata de personas, que en definitiva ha sido un desafío para Colombia entera, pero en especial para la frontera de Norte de Santander con Venezuela en el siglo XXI, visto así mismo como un fenómeno social de alto nivel. Con base a que la trata de personas es señalada por el ministerio de interior como un delito, en el cual se refleja la vulneración de derechos en mujeres migrantes, en actividades de trabajos forzados, matrimonio servil, explotación sexual, mendicidad ajena u otras formas de explotación que violan los derechos fundamentales establecidos por la constitución política de Colombia. El objetivo de esta investigación es la de Indagar sobre la garantía de los derechos de las mujeres migrantes que han sido víctimas de trata de personas durante los últimos años, para conocer cómo las entidades de la ciudad de Cúcuta han actuado frente al tema. Es una investigación abordada desde la reflexión académica planteada por Martínez Migueles, que se basó desde el enfoque cualitativo, y que además se desarrolló bajo el método hermenéutico. Como resultado se puede analizar que la trata de personas en mujeres sigue siendo un delito con las mayores cifras, lo cual ha tenido como resultado el enfoque del estado en esta problemática, como el fortalecimiento del tema en la población, la proyección y planteamientos de líneas de atención y la unión de autoridades competentes de diferentes regiones para la judicialización de este tipo de delito. | spa |
| dc.description.abstract | This research article was carried out based on the fight against human trafficking, which has definitely been a challenge for Colombia as a whole, but especially for the border between Norte de Santander and Venezuela in the 21st century, seen as a high level social phenomenon. Based on the fact that human trafficking is indicated by the Ministry of the Interior as a crime, which reflects the violation of the rights of migrant women, in activities of forced labor, servile marriage, sexual exploitation, begging of others or other forms of exploitation that violate the fundamental rights established by the political constitution of Colombia. The objective of this investigation is to inquire about the guarantee of the rights of migrant women who have been victims of human trafficking in recent years, to learn how the entities of the city of Cúcuta have acted on the issue. It is an investigation approached from the academic reflection raised by Martínez Migueles, which was based on the qualitative approach, and which was also developed under the hermeneutic method. As a result, it can be analyzed that human trafficking in women continues to be a crime with the highest numbers, which has resulted in the state's focus on this problem, such as strengthening the issue in the population, projection and line approaches. service and the union of competent authorities from different regions to prosecute this type of crime. | eng |
