dc.description.abstract | El presente trabajo de investigación estuvo enfocado en a nalizar a través de revisi ón document al el desarrollo de las industrias creativas en Colombia como factor clave en las tendencias del comercio internacional. El método implementado en el desarrollo de este estudio fue un enfoque cualitativo, mediante una revisión documental sobre las industrias creativas colombianas en el comercio internacional. Teniendo como resultados que las industrias creativas requieren implementar innovación para obtener mayor visibilidad y competitividad en el mercado, estos resultados sirven de referentes para que académicos, directivos empresariales y organismo Gubernamentales interesados en organizaciones de este sector, reflexionen y motiven acciones que permitan el diseño de estrategia de gestión conocimiento tendiente a generar valor agregado y sostenible para estas empresas y sus diferentes grupos de interés. Se concluye los estudios que se hallaron ayudaron a identificar las principales características del término naranja en el contexto colombiano y, en especial, una barrera significativa que supone la propiedad intelectual, parte fundamental del conjunto de oportunidades que el país puede explotar para la implementación exitosa de esta economía, en términos de competitividad, potencial humano y apoyo estatal. | spa |
dc.description.abstract | The present research work was focused on analyzing through a documentary review the development of creative industries in Colombia as a key factor in international trade trends. The method implemented in the development of this study was a qualitative approach, through a documentary review on the Colombian creative industries in international trade. Taking as results that creative industries require implementing innovation to obtain greater visibility and competitiveness in the market, these results serve as references for academics, business executives and Government bodies interested in organizations in this sector, to reflect and motivate actions that allow the design of knowledge management strategy aimed at generating added and sustainable value for these companies and their different stakeholders. It is concluded the studies that were found helped to identify the main characteristics of the term orange in the Colombian context and, especially, a significant barrier that intellectual property supposes, a fundamental part of the set of opportunities that the country can exploit for the successful implementation of this economy, in terms of competitiveness, human potential and state support. | eng |
