Resumen
En la actualidad las organizaciones han adoptado el teletrabajo como una forma flexible de organización del trabajo, está consiste en el desempeño de las actividades profesionales sin la presencia física del trabajador en la empresa durante una parte importante de su horario laboral. Esta modalidad de trabajo cobra fuerza a partir de la declaración de la Organización Mundial de la Salud en marzo de 2020, producto de la pandemia del covid-19. Esta modalidad de trabajo engloba una amplia gama de actividades y puede realizarse a tiempo completo o parcial. En consonancia a lo planteado se presenta el siguiente trabajo de investigación el cual tiene por objetivo, proponer buenas prácticas de teletrabajo para los colaboradores del área de auditoría en una institución prestadora de salud en Barranquilla.
El Enfoque de la investigación es el cuantitativo y se ubica dentro paradigma positivista. El tipo de investigación fue definido como aplicada, y descriptiva de campo, su diseño fue de tipo no experimental, descriptivo trasversal. La población seleccionada son los teletrabajadores de la oficina de Garantía De La Calidad, para
efectos de la recolección de la
información se tomarán a 20 colaboradores en teletrabajo del área de auditoría en servicios de salud de una IPS, por ser una población finita y accesible no fue necesario determinar una muestra. Se diseñó un instrumento instrumentos tipo cuestionario, cuya escala fue de múltiples alternativas, en su primera parte y tipo escala Likert en su segunda parte, con el propósito de conocer como son las actividades de teletrabajo, en la población seleccionada.
Los resultados obtenidos arrojaron que los factores socioeconómicos son determinantes para propiciar las condiciones para implementar acciones de teletrabajo en la institución en cuestión, conocer aspectos como la edad, genero, estado civil, perfil laboral, estrato socioeconomico, entre otros permiten establecer estrategias para hacer frente a las necesidades del entorno. Tambien se evidenció que la IPS propicia los factores motivacionales como el horario laboral, la remuneración, el perfil laboral, la satisfacción y el bienestar laboral, no obstante es preciso prestar mayor atención en el aspecto salarial y los horacios correspondientes a las jornadas laborales. En cuanto a los factores higienicos, se evidenció que no basta con contar con nuenos espacios fisicos, aclimatados y con buena iluminación para el desarrollo del teletrabajo, o trabajo en casa, sino que se hace indispensable, suministrar todo el equipamiento necesario que permita facilitar las actividades del trabajo remoto o teletrabajo. Se recomienda una serie de acciones estratégicas enfocadas en los puntos mas vulnerables de la investigación para garantizar los resultados esperados cuando no se trabaja en la organización.
Nowadays, organizations have adopted telework as a flexible form of work organization, which consists in the performance of professional activities without the physical presence of the worker in the company during an important part of his working hours. This modality of work has gained strength since the declaration of the World Health Organization in March 2020, as a result of the covid-19 pandemic. This modality of work encompasses a wide range of activities and can be performed on a full or part-time basis. In consonance to the raised thing the following work of investigation is presented which has for aim, to propose good practices of telework for the collaborators of the area of audit in an institution lender of health in Barranquilla. The research approach is quantitative and is located within positivist paradigm. The type of investigation was defined as applied, and descriptive of field, its design was of non- experimental type, descriptive transversal. The selected population are the teleworkers of the office of Guarantee of the Quality, for effects of the collection of the information 20 collaborators in telework of the area of audit in services of health of an IPS will be taken, for being a finite and accessible population it was not necessary to determine a sample. A questionnaire type instrument was designed, whose scale was of multiple alternatives, in its first part and Likert scale type in its second part, with the purpose of knowing how are the activities of teleworking, in the selected population. The results obtained showed that the socio-economic factors are determinants to promote the conditions to implement actions of telework in the institution in question, knowing aspects such as age, gender, marital status, labor profile, socio-economic stratum, among others allow to establish strategies to address the needs of the environment. It was also shown that the IPS favors motivational factors such as working hours, remuneration, work profile, job satisfaction and well-being, however, it is necessary to pay more attention to the salary aspect and the hours corresponding to the working day. As for the hygienic factors, it was evidenced that it is not enough to have our physical spaces, acclimatized and with good lighting for the development of teleworking, or work at home, but it is essential to provide all the necessary equipment to facilitate the activities of remote work or teleworking. It is recommended a series of strategic actions focused on the most vulnerable points of the research to ensure the expected results when not working in the organization.
