Antecedentes:
Para el desarrollo de la presente investigación se realizó una búsqueda de antecedentes los cuales nos permiten tener una visión más amplia de algunos conceptos importantes para la investigación.

Objetivos:
Objetivo General
Comprender los cambios en el paisaje de seguridad en la transición de guerra a paz, desde la perspectiva histórica que han vivido los habitantes en el municipio de Arauca
Objetivo Específicos
Identificar los hitos históricos que ha enfrentado los habitantes del municipio de Arauca dado el paisaje cambiante de seguridad.
Describir lecciones aprendidas o fallidas de transición de guerra a la paz en habitantes del municipio de Arauca.
Identificar las afectaciones de transición de guerra a paz que se generaron en los habitantes del municipio de Arauca, por medio de la perspectiva histórica.
Materiales y Métodos:
Paradigma- comprensivo interpretativo
Enfoque- cualitativo
Diseño- fenomenológico
Resultados:
Este proyecto de investigación ha permitido comprender los cambios que ha tenido la transición de guerra a paz y poder abarcar los paisajes de seguridad que viven los habitantes en el municipio de Arauca-Arauca, además, su propósito principal tiene que ver con la capacidad de comprender el fenómeno transitorio de la guerra hacia la paz y cuáles son los principales desafíos desde una perspectiva histórica por medio de las vivencias de los habitantes del municipio.
Para lograr este objetivo, se tuvo en cuenta una serie de técnicas como la revisión documental y entrevista semiestructurada. Permitiendo dar respuesta a la pregunta ¿Cuáles son los cambios en el paisaje de seguridad en la transición de guerra a paz, desde la perspectiva histórica que han vivido los habitantes en el municipio de Arauca? A su vez dar respuesta a los objetivos específicos planteados en el proyecto, 1. Identificar los hitos históricos que ha enfrentado los habitantes del municipio de Arauca dado el paisaje cambiante de seguridad. 2.Describir lecciones aprendidas o fallidas de transición de guerra a la paz en habitantes del municipio de Arauca. 3.Conocer las afectaciones de transición de guerra a paz que se generaron en los habitantes del municipio de Arauca., por medio de la perspectiva histórica.
Según Dilthey, las vivencias son la experiencia viva y humana cuyo contenido está formado por la actuación de la totalidad de las fuerzas psíquicas. Por esta razón, las vivencias se enmarcan en las experiencias vividas dentro del conflicto armado interno y social por los habitantes del municipio de Arauca. Teniendo en cuenta las experiencias vividas por estos actores, los cuales resaltan el amor por las tierras araucanas enmarcados en un sentido de pertenencia ya que son tierras provenientes del ADN de antepasados significando para muchos un municipio de crianza el cual se ha visto envuelto en violencia a causa de ser tierra petrolera llena de ganadería, turismo la cual se hace desear tanto por la cultura que existe como lo que la hace valer siendo territorio de experiencias vividas y encontradas por distintos grupos diferenciales como lo son las etnias, campesinos, mujeres, jóvenes, etc.

Objective: General objective Understand the changes in the security landscape in the transition from war to peace, from the historical perspective that the inhabitants of the municipality of Arauca have experienced Specific objective Identify the historical milestones that the inhabitants of the municipality of Arauca have faced given the changing security landscape. Describe lessons learned or failed in the transition from war to peace in inhabitants of the municipality of Arauca. Identify the effects of the transition from war to peace that were generated in the inhabitants of the municipality of Arauca, through the historical perspective Materials and Methods: Paradigm- comprehensive interpretive Approach- qualitative Design- phenomenological Results: This research project has allowed us to understand the changes that the transition from war to peace has had and to be able to cover the security landscapes that the inhabitants of the municipality of Arauca-Arauca live in, in addition, its main purpose has to do with the ability to understand the transitory phenomenon of war towards peace and what are the main challenges from a historical perspective through the experiences of the inhabitants of the municipality. According to Dilthey, the experiences are the living and human experience whose content is formed by the action of all the psychic forces. For this reason, the experiences are framed in the experiences lived within the internal and social armed conflict by the inhabitants of the municipality of Arauca. Taking into account the experiences lived by these actors, which highlight the love for the Araucanian lands framed in a sense of belonging since they are lands from the DNA of ancestors meaning for many a breeding municipality which has been involved in violence because it is oil land full of livestock, tourism which makes itself desired both by the culture that exists as what makes it worthwhile being a territory of experiences lived and found by different differential groups such as ethnic groups, peasants, women, youth, etc. Conclusions: The municipality of Arauca goes through certain security dynamics which go through a transition and these are made known through experiences with a historical perspective approach, from there it is possible to conclude that: - There are historical milestones that are of the utmost importance to know our history as a municipality, starting from a critical look when understanding the possible agreements that existed in the past which were unfulfilled, this being an obstacle which delays that transition of peace that has been wanted achieve and experience by the Araucanians. - Since history, observable damages have been presented, which have been framed in those security landscapes of the municipality of Arauca, as an important issue for its inhabitants since this allows understanding those dynamics that have been experienced until today. - The normalization of the armed conflict experienced by the inhabitants of the municipality of Arauca, starting from a security dependency, unleashing damage to social actors. - From the armed conflict that is experienced in Arauca, based on the experiences of the inhabitants, a high level of human rights violation is evident. - Through the historical perspective, it is possible to thoroughly investigate the facts found in the chapters so as not to repeat history.
