This monograph seeks to identify the factors that influence secondary victimization as a result of malpractice by the judicial system, in relation to professional ethics in providing comprehensive care and assistance to victims. Where it is intended to address the complexity of this problem that has been made invisible institutionally and socially, for which a theoretical review of the concept of secondary victimization was carried out from different authors, through the documentary review technique for the collection and selection of information. updated and validated from the scientific community for its subsequent analysis and delimitation of the central problem raised. This allows us to explain in a more detailed way how this phenomenon occurs and its causal relationship with the attitudes, actions and/or omissions on the part of the judicial operators towards victims, analyzing the psychological impact that it provokes in them.
