Conocimientos, actitudes y prácticas de los habitantes de Altamira frente a la leptospirosis en el municipio de Tubará año 2010

Resumen
Se realizo esta investigación para establecer los conocimientos, actitudes y prácticas de los habitantes de Altomira frente a la Leptospirosis en el municipio de Tubará en el periodo 2009 puesto que no se conocen estudios formales sobre la problemática descrita en esta localidad del departamento.
Eeste proyecto se desarrolló llevando a cabo fuente de información primaria, utilizando un cuestionario de evaluación a los habitantes para determinar sus conocimientos actitudes y practicas frente a la Leptospirosis y detectar los factores de riesgo a los que están expuestos. Utilizando también una fuente de información secundaria basada en los registros y estadísticas de la Secretaria de Salud Departamental del Atlántico. Se evidencio que las edades de mayor predominio sobre Conocimientos, Actitudes y practicas (CAP) de leptospirosis fue de 25 a 29 años, con el 23%, las edades de 20 a 24 y de 35 a 39 con el 20%, y el37% de las edades restantes que demostraron desconocimiento sobre el CAP de Leptospirosis.
This research was conducted to establish the knowledge, attitudes and practices of the inhabitants of Altamira against leptospirosis in the municipality of Tubará in the period 2009 as there are no known formal studies on the problems described in this village in the department. Project was developed to carry out primary information source, using an evaluation questionnaire for residents to determine their knowledge, attitudes and practices against leptospirosis and identify risk factors they are exposed. Also using a secondary source of information based on records and statistics of the Ministry of Health Department of the Atlantic. It was noticed that the most prevalent age on knowledge, attitudes and practices (KAP) of leptospirosis was 25 to 29, with 23%, ages 20 to 24 and 35 to 39 in 20% and el37% of other ages that showed ignorance of the CAP Leptospirosis.
