Resumen
Antecedentes: La contratación es un aspecto fundamental para el buen
funcionamiento de las instituciones prestadoras de servicio de salud IPS, y esencial para
garantizar la calidad y prestación de los servicios. La población puede acceder al uso de los
servicios mediante los contratos suscritos entre las diferentes entidades administradoras de
planes de beneficio EAPB y las IPS, en los cuales se encuentran inmersos varios factores
determinantes como modelos de contratación, tarifas y formas de pago que impactan
directamente sobre la prestación de servicios ofrecidos. El análisis exhaustivo, el control y
la vigilancia los diferentes modelos de contratación entre las EAPB y la IPS es de vital
importancia para obtener un servicio en salud con eficiencia.
Objetivos: Evaluar los modelos de contratación en la prestación de servicios de salud y su
relación con la venta de servicios en una IPS publica de barraquilla en el periodo 2016-2020
Background: Hiring is a fundamental aspect for the proper operation of the institutions that provide IPS health services, and essential to guarantee the quality and provision of services. The population can access the use of the services through the contracts signed between the different administrating entities of the EAPB benefit plans and the IPS, in which several determining factors are immersed, such as contracting models, rates and forms of payment that have a direct impact on the provision of services offered. The exhaustive analysis, control and surveillance of the different contracting models between the EAPB and the IPS is of vital importance to obtain an efficient health service. Goals: Evaluate the contracting models in the provision of health services and their relationship with the sale of services in a public IPS of Barranquilla in the period 2016-2020
