Adolescence is a period of transition, growth, exploration and opportunity. At the same time, adolescents are typically poorly informed about how to protect their sexual health. Consequently, they are susceptible to unwanted pregnancies; the health risks associated with early pregnancy are unsafe abortions, STIs and HIV. The onset of sexual activity before age 18 is a decision which affect or interact with a number of factors, there are many and varied causes, but most important is the lack of sex education. Parents often evade this responsibility and leave it by others. In this research we have seen the importance of sex education in both school and family environment. One of the most important factors to avoid such situations is communication with our parents mainly, and another not least because it would be abstinence is the best contraceptive to prevent pregnancy.
