dc.description.abstract | Diversas son las investigaciones que han estudiado la problemática que respecta a los trastornos de conducta y del aprendizaje. De modo que, los antecedentes que sirven como líneas de investigación a este ejercicio investigativo y que direccionan su ruta de trabajo son producto de estudios que analizan, en primer lugar, las características del TOD en población infantil. En segundo lugar, características integrales del TDAH y su relación no solo con la conducta de los pacientes, sino también la relación cognición-aprendizaje. Todas estas investigaciones centran su énfasis en población infantil y el contexto en el cual se realizaron, incluye estudios nacionales e internacionales. El objetivo de esta investigación es determinar las características conductuales, neuropsicológicas y psiquiátricas de niños y adolescentes diagnosticados con TOD, TDAH y TOD comórbido con TDAH. Para este trabajo se llevó a cabo un análisis univariado, según la naturaleza de la variable y la distribución de los datos se utilizarán frecuencias absolutas y relativas, con medidas de distribución y tendencia central. En una segunda fase, Posterior a esto, se realizó un análisis bivariado donde se ejecutó una prueba de normalidad y homocedasticidad, con el fin de determinar la prueba idónea para realizar las comparaciones entre los grupos utilizando pruebas paramétricas o no paramétricas, según el caso. Las variables de interés fueron contrastadas en cada uno de los grupos por métodos estadísticos cuantitativos, destacan instrumentos como el control mental de la escala de memoria Wechsler, la curva de memoria visuoverbal, el Token Test, el Behavioral Assessment System for Children (BASC), entre muchos otros. | spa |
dc.description.abstract | Several researches have studied the problems related to behavioral and learning disorders. The background information that serves as lines of investigation for this research exercise and that directs its work path are the result of studies that analyze, first, the characteristics of ODD in the child population. Second, integral characteristics of ADHD and its relationship not only to patient behavior, but also the cognition-learning relationship. All of these studies focus on children and the context in which they were conducted includes national and international studies. The objective of this research is to determine the behavioral, neuropsychological and psychiatric characteristics of children and adolescents diagnosed with ODD, ADHD and ODD comorbid with ADHD. For this work, a univariate analysis was carried out, according to the nature of the variable and the distribution of the data, using absolute and relative frequencies, with measures of distribution and central tendency. In a second phase, after this, a bivariate analysis was carried out where a normality and homoscedasticity test was performed, in order to determine the ideal test to make comparisons between groups using parametric or non-parametric tests, as appropriate. The variables of interest were contrasted in each of the groups by quantitative statistical methods, including instruments such as the mental control of the Wechsler memory scale, the visuoverbal memory curve, the Token Test, the Behavioral Assessment System for Children (BASC), among many others. | eng |
