Resumen
Este estudio analiza la gestión de la convivencia escolar como indicador de calidad en organizaciones educativas desde el Modelo European Foundation Quality Management – EFQM, examinando las relaciones entre sus criterios y la pertinencia en el contexto colombiano. La metodología fue cuantitativa con diseño descriptivo correlacional. La muestra intencional, constituida por 87 miembros de los comités de convivencia de instituciones educativas colombianas. El instrumento fue un cuestionario tipo Likert basado en el modelo EFQM, diseñado por Tirado y Conde (2016). Los resultados muestran la conveniencia de los criterios del modelo en la evaluación de la variable una vez realizada su adaptación al contexto colombiano e invita a desarrollar desde otras metodologías la ampliación de los mismos.
This study analyses the management of school coexistence as an indicator of quality in educational organizations from the European Foundation Quality Management – EFQM model, examining the relationships between their criteria and relevance in the Colombian context. The methodology was quantitative with descriptive design correlational. The intentional sample, constituted by 87 members of the Committee of coexistence of educational institutions in Colombia. The instrument was a questionnaire type Likert based on the EFQM model, designed by Tirado and Conde (2016). The results show the suitability of the criteria of the model in the evaluation of the variable after its adaptation to the Colombian context and invites to develop from other methodologies the expansion of the same.
