The Venezuelan exodus, as it was called the largest migration phenomenon in Latin America in its recent history, the neighboring country of Venezuela was the object of deep political, economic and social crises, which forced a large part of its population in the productive stage to leave its territory and go out in search of better working conditions that would allow them to subsist in decent living conditions, being Colombia, a nearby destination, easily accessible on a regular basis (with a Passport) and irregularly (without any type of legal procedure to access the country and resorting to trails and artisanal roads), Colombia came to shelter millions of Venezuelan migrants who, for the most part, entered irregularly with the conviction of being able to find the conditions that they no longer find in their country for the full development of their lives. The Colombian state has undertaken different actions or strategies aimed at regularizing the stay of the Venezuelan population residing in the country, in order to guarantee the effective use and enjoyment of their fundamental rights while they inhabit the national territory, this effort has been remarkable. However, despite this, on a daily basis it is easy to notice that the Venezuelan population residing in the country has been systematically suffering from violations of their labor rights. In particular, with regard to their economic activities, the common denominator being working conditions.
