According to data from the World Health Organization (WHO), between 50-75% of adults between 18 and 65 have suffered from at least one episode of headache in the last year and of these, about 30% have suffered from migraine, and episodes of pain can occur for 15 or more days a month at 1.7 to 4% so it could be considered a pathology that affects public health without discrimination based on race, socioeconomic or geographical condition, being so relevant, that the WHO recognized headache (migraine) as one of the 20 most disabling major medical disorders worldwide (2,3). Objective: Identify the frequency of headache in two centers of the city of Barranquilla Colombia in the period from 2015 to 2016.
