It was analyzed how the Coaching leadership style affected the mental health of the employees of company x in Barranquilla. Leadership coaching is positioned as an innovative and effective management style, which not only promotes work performance, but also has a significant impact on the mental health of workers, a key strategy to foster a healthy work environment. The research design is quantitative, it seeks to measure and analyze how the coaching leadership style affects the mental health of employees, through a survey. The descriptive results allow us to understand the perception of employees based on the leadership style of their managers; Although it is not outstanding, it is analyzed as moderate average on the leader's ability to inspire employees to give their best at work, with room for improvement, so it is recommended that leaders should better understand individual needs. To provide feedback that resonates with each employee, some employees may not feel motivated or inspired. Much of the work of organizations is accompanied by managerial leadership that integrates the needs of decentralization without affecting the organizational culture, managing the creation of autonomous teams to make decisions and meet organizational objectives.eng
