Resumen
En el presente proyecto, se determinará cuáles son los factores claves o dimensiones
de la cultura organizacional en la innovación como lo son, por ejemplo: estrategia,
procesos, organización, conexiones, aprendizaje y financiero que están fallando en las
micro, pequeñas y medianas empresas participantes del programa Iconos en el
Departamento del Atlántico. Para resolver el planteamiento del problema, se determinaron
unos objetivos específicos que serán desarrollados y analizados por medio de una
metodología llamada Mindex que se le aplico a una muestra de 18 MIPYMES del
Departamento. El Mindex fue aplicado a mínimo dos integrantes de la muestra
seleccionada. Esta decisión fue tomada porque es importante conocer la percepción que
tienen varias personas de la organización en la que se desempeñan, y de esta manera lograr
hacer un análisis profundo para desarrollar estrategias que permitan crear una cultura de
innovación, e incluso crear departamentos de I+D+i dentro de las empresas. Dentro del
trabajo de investigación se explicó algunas causas y efectos como resultados de no tener
una cultura de innovación definida dentro de una organización. Por otra parte, se buscó
derrumbar un paradigma que tienen los empresarios que lideran este tipo de organizaciones
“Innovar es costoso”.
In this project, it will be determined which are the key factors or dimensions of the organizational culture in innovation, such as, for example: strategy, processes, organization, connections, learning and finance that are failing in micro, small and medium-sized companies participants of the Icons program in the Department of Atlántico. To solve the problem statement, specific objectives were determined that will be developed and analyzed through a methodology called Mindex that was applied to a sample of 18 MSMEs of the Department. Mindex was applied to at least two members of the selected sample. This decision was made because it is important to know the perception that several people have of the organization in which they work, and in this way to make a deep analysis to develop strategies that allow creating a culture of innovation, and even create I + D + i departments within companies. Within the research work, some causes and effects were explained as results of not having a defined innovation culture within an organization. On the other hand, it was sought to collapse a paradigm that entrepreneurs who lead this type of organizations have "Innovating is expensive".
