Resumen
El actual estudio tiene como objetivo analizar los factores psicosociales de los adolescentes
ofensores sexuales del programa Asperla Crecer a través de estudio de caso. En relación con esto,
se transitó por una serie de pasos para dar cuenta de los objetivos específicos, en donde se
diagnosticaron los factores vinculares involucrados en dichos adolescentes que ingresan al
programa, para que más adelante se pudiese definir esos factores individuales en ellos, luego se
determinaron los factores sociodemográficos que más se reflejaban, para que finalmente se pudiera
identificar los factores comunes. Por otro lado, se tuvo como método de investigación el estudio
de caso, con un enfoque cualitativo y de tipo descriptivo, también se tuvo como técnica la
observación del material documental de la muestra estructural, y además se hicieron unas
entrevistas mediante unas valoraciones de psicología y trabajo social, con un instrumento
semiestructurado evaluado previamente por los expertos del programa, tomando como sujetos a
dos (2) adolescentes que pertenecen al programa Asperla Crecer, analizando la información
considerando los factores familiares, personales y sociales, por ser los más importantes en un
proceso patológico y psicológico, dejando algunos hallazgos sobre la existencia de la
sobreprotección como factor predisponente, que es una característica que difiere a las familias
negligentes y violentas, que permiten a los adolescentes a actuar de la misma manera, sin ser
preferiblemente parte de un ambiente delictivo.
The current study aims to analyze the psychosocial factors of adolescent sex offenders in the Asperla Crecer program through a case study. In relation to this, a series of steps were passed to account for the specific objectives, where the relationship factors involved in said adolescents who entered the program were diagnosed, so that later these individual factors could be defined in them, then the sociodemographic factors that were most reflected were determined, so that finally the common factors could be identified. On the other hand, the case study was used as a research method, with a qualitative and descriptive approach, the observation of the documentary material of the structural sample was also used as a technique, and in addition, some interviews were carried out through psychological evaluations. and social work, with a semi-structured instrument previously evaluated by the experts of the program, taking as subjects two (2) adolescents who belong to the Asperla Crecer program, analyzing the information considering family, personal and social factors, as they are the most important in a pathological and psychological process, leaving some findings on the existence of overprotection as a predisposing factor, which is a characteristic that differs from neglectful and violent families, which allow adolescents to act in the same way, without preferably being part of a criminal environment.
